Adding New Sessions

Have you thought about adding extra sessions to your season to get even more bums on seats? Your first port of call is to your venue to see what options they might have for adding extra sessions. Think about including day-time sessions or sessions on different days to capture all sorts of new audiences.

If you wish to add extra sessions you must:

  • Talk to your venue and get approval to add the extra session time/s
  • Email BOTH artists@adelaidefringe.com.au and CC in ticketing@adelaidefringe.com.au with all the information for the new session (times/dates/prices/capacity/etc).
IMPORTANT: CC in your venue too, we'll need their written confirmation.
  • Once Adelaide Fringe has recieved conformation from both the artist and venue, we will build the new session ready for sale.
  • Adding sessions may attract a higher registration fee (if you have paid for a 1-3 sessions rego, you will need to pay the difference for 4+ sessions rego at settlement). Please get in touch if you would like to check this prior to requesting additional sessions.

Please note: Requests to add sessions may have a minimum 48hr turn around during the festival period.

Increasing Your Capacity

The Ticketing team will be happy to assist you in making changes to your capacity.

What To Do

  • Talk to your venue first and foremost - Your venue will need to approve any increase to your capacity
  • Consider that all audience members may need to wear a mask througout the performance, regardless of how many people are in the space and that this will need to be enforced by the venue and front of house staff

What's Next?

  • Once you have approval from your venue, please email your capacity change request to ticketing@adelaidefringe.com.au and include your venue contact in the email to speed up the process

Please note: Requests to change your capacity may have a minimum 48hr turn around during the festival period.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with artists@adelaidefringe.com.au or ticketing@adelaidefringe.com.au.
