Description
The accommodation offer is in a private house. The two owners will be residents at the same time. Accommodation is two bedrooms with a double bed in each. All guests will share a single bathroom. Our suburb is within walking distance of the city and is very close to frequent public transport. Use of a kitchen can be negotiated. Shops are only moderately nearby. There will be conditions, e.g. no drug taking, no parties, no third parties staying over. Violation of these conditions will result in immediate ending of the accommodation agreement.

About You
We are an older married couple. Richard is an Adelaide native, Maureen origianlly came from Malaysia but is probably now more of an Adelaide native than Richard. We both enjoy music and theatre. If we have a favourite Fringe venue, it isprobably the Garden of Unearthly Delights. Since we are both retired, our daily routine is determined by whatever is on, or needs to be done, on the day. We like our neighbourhood because it is quiet and we have friendly supportive neighbours who have all lived here for a long time.
