It includes a bed, wardrobes, desk and chair, couch, shelving and lounge space, ideal for rest and creative downtime.
The house sits directly opposite the beach in quiet Largs North. Cafes, restaurants and the Largs North train station are within 5 minutes walking distance. The Outer Harbor train line reaches Adelaide CBD in about 25 minutes, making travel to Fringe venues simple and reliable. Port Adelaide and major shopping centres are around 15 minutes away.
You will share the home with one resident host. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry are shared. Fast WiFi is included and a push bike. The environment is clean, calm and respectful, suited to artists needing a restful base between performances.
The home is strictly pet-free due to allergies. Suitable for a single artist or couple seeking quiet beachfront living and that holiday feeling during Fringe 😀

About You
I’m a Fringe artist (samba drummer) and dance instructor originally from Europe, and I’ve spent many years travelling and hosting students and guests from all over the world. I speak multiple languages and enjoy creating a welcoming, respectful space where people from different backgrounds feel at home.
I live in the house and am nearby if needed, while fully respecting privacy and quiet time. During Fringe I understand how important rest and recovery are for performers, so the home is kept calm, clean and supportive.
What I love most about this place is the holiday feeling of being right by the beach. Artists can step outside, walk along the water and recharge between shows, then return to a peaceful environment away from the noise of the city. It’s a balance of creative energy and real downtime.
