Description
Accomodation is shared with the owners (49 and 56 years old, who both speak English and German) and a small labradoodle (Banksy). There is only a small courtyard but we are near the parklands and the Central Market.

We are a healthy couple that enjoys outdoor actitivies with our dog and lots of exercise. We love good food and a glass of wine.
Volker is a friendly introverted German and Melissa an outgoing Australian. However, we do enjoy our privacy and will only be as much involved as required. We will most certainly not interfere with our guests unless being asked for help or recommendations. We love our stylish home and are very clean and tidy and would expect the same from our guests.
