Hi there, I currently have a short-term room is available in my home in Hindmarsh from now until the 5th of April. The house is conveniently located just a short walk from the free tram stop at the Entertainment Centre, making it easy to get into the city, and close to local cafes, parks, and bike paths. The rent is $350 per week, offering a comfortable short-term stay in a well-located and welcoming home. (The room is furnished with a bed, clothes racks and a set of draws).
