Comfortable, homey & private. Rent includes light breakfast and coffee/tea. I have one small friendly dog who loves having visitors. Outdoor area for relaxing. Have been accommodating Fringe artists for several years and enjoy having them stay. Love the fabulous Adelaide Fringe!
