I have a furnished double bedroom available in my small,comfortable maisonette in Allenby Gardens.
The person will have full use of the house including kitchen,living room, laundry and bathroom.
Linen, bedding, towels will also be provided.
Secure off street parking is available.
The living room has air-conditioning with ceiling fans in the bedroom.
Furnished patio area out the back.
Great location for access to Fringe venues.
7 minute walk to a bus stop and then a 15 minute bus ride to the centre of Adelaide passing very close to the Adelaide Art college,North Terrace venues,Gluttony,Garden of Unearthly delights.
Holden Street theatre complex is a 5 minute bus ride plus 3 minutes walk away.
