Description
The accommodation consists of bedroom (with double bed), bathroom (with shower & toilet) & living area with tv and 2-person sofa (which also folds out into a bed). A fridge and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. There is also some outdoor space. A/C and free wi-fi included.
Secure off-street parking available for 1 car. Room is part of family residence but it is entirely private and has a separate entrance from the main house.
The beach, esplanade and an excellent cafe are only a short walk away and the Marino train station is 5 mins walk in the opposite direction. Frequent trains run into Adelaide city.
Shops and restaurants at Brighton are only a short drive or 20-30 min walk for the more adventurous.

I am semi-retired and available to help out with advice if required but I want you to enjoy your stay without me hovering around all the time.
We have 2 teenage children who keep us more than busy.
Fun Fact: We share the house with 2 indoor rabbits. Don't worry, they are restricted to one room in the house only.
