Description
This is a modern 4 bedroom home inhabited by empty nesters. We are an almost 60 something couple (one retired and one working 3 days per week) looking to utilize our space to help fringe performers. We are offering the rear of the house which is seperated by a sliding door and has 2 large bedrooms with king and queen beds and its own toilet/shower. It would accomodate a couple in each room. There is also a third room that could be used for storage, relaxing alone or whatever. The area is in new condition with brand new carpet and comfortable beds. The kitchen and (2) living areas are common with us. There is a rear laundry door that could be used as your seperate entry. Plenty of on street parking. We have 2 cats and an often visiting 2 year old grandson.

Tram - 2 kms (stop 12 - 30 mins to CBD)
Bus - 300 mtrs
Supermarket, Chicken/Pizza/Vietnamese/Post Office - 400 mtrs

Outdoor Public Pool - 800mtrs
Beach - 3.5 Kms
Positioned in quiet location opposite tennis courts, park and football oval. Lots of room to move.
We would help with transport when we can.

We are flexible to the input and interactions you would like. We would love to be involved with showing you our city and sights but happy to take a back seat if that is what you want. Since I am retired I spend a lot of time playing tennis, going to the gym and looking after my grandson. I was also a rabid fringe goer, although not so much the last couple of years.
