Simple, affordable room in a small 2-bedroom house, available short-term. Located 4km from Adelaide’s East End (Garden of Unearthly Delights & Gluttony) — 7 min drive, 20 min bus/bike, 45 min walk.
Double bedroom for a single or couple. Shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry and large backyard.
Very basic, clean, functional accommodation - not fancy. Suited to easygoing peeps who value location and affordability over mod cons.
Two cats live here. Week+ stays preferred. One week minimum, paid in advance (non-refundable).

My hosting style is very much a "make yourself at home" approach. Available to help out with advice, and or practical help, if needed, but I generally trust that others are able to look after themselves. I work full time, and have many other commitments outside of home, so I'm not around much weekdays.
