Description
This is a small room with comfortable double sofa bed (not the bed seen in the picture - room is the same). Could fit 2 at a pinch but single is probably better. Located in the western CBD with an easy walk to public transport, Chinatown and Victoria Square. All spaces are shared with single, work from home, older Dad and his autistic teenage son. We are both Fringe lovers and regular attendees.

We are very easygoing and the arrangement will be sharehouse style where everyone keeps their own hours and fends for themselves.
We love being in the city and being close to everything. There's a pub on the corner and very good coffee shops nearby. The South Parklands are just a short walk away.
We love the Fringe. As my son bounds through teenagehood his tastes are evolving but we probably are most attracted to the comedic.
