The studio is detached from the house, with seperate entry. It is currently configured as a storage room, video production or creative studio (can be altered to suit tenant). Shared bathroom and kitchen with other tenants (1 student) and owner. Very pleasant garden and neighbourhood, close to a Coles Local supermarket. 10-15 minutes from city by bus/tram. 40 mins walking. Bus runs every 15 minutes.
