Description
You will be staying in our sweet East-facing room in Carrington Gardens, with access to all the shared facilities in the complex such as tennis court, sauna and barbeque. Lovely community. Apartment is also occupied at various times on and off by Pru, James, 2 kids and Draco the bearded dragon. Sometime no kids, sometime none of us (so you will have some quiet patches perhaps). Help yourself to kitchen, bathroom/laundry, loungeroom, pianola piano. Very close to heaps of Fringe venues. Please note some photos have been freshly taken and show the place in its most "lived in" state!

About You
Pru is a teacher but will most likely be on leave during Fringe season this time which she is incredibly excited about. Kids are around 50% of the time. Most of us will be out on weekdays during the day. The apartment is a mix of chaos and quiet times. Gorgeous neighbours, and some air bnbs nearby that often have Fringe artists as well. You definitely won't be lonely but we will leave you alone if you need!
