I have a spare room in my bluestone cottage in Unley. Private queen bed, linen supplied, shared bathroom, private yard, very peaceful. Pet friendly and air conditioned. WIFI, undercover outdoor entertaining area. Great central location, rundle st/garden of unearthly delights/ gluttony 2700 meters. Local shops 350 meters. Closest bottle shop/pub 500 meters. Public transport 50 meters. Restaurants, bars and gyms all within 100 meters. It's a great inner suburban location. The property is not disabled friendly as the shower is over the bath. Linen supplied. Washing machine and dryer available.
Minimum booking 3 nights/ 2 people, $120 for the 3 nights. If you want to squeeze more into a queen bed then it's just an extra $20 a night. Bring some one home to crash on the couch $20 extra. LGBTQIA Friendly.

Hi I'm Tom this is my house and home, I'm 40 something guy who runs my own construction business, I'm not home much so you will have the house to yourself during the day.
