VENUE BRANDING PACKAGES
Designed to support the promotion of the 2025 Adelaide Fringe program, these Venue Branding Packages will be allocated to registered venues to drive greater ticket sales and improve audience accessibility.
These packages include the design, production, and installation of 2025 Adelaide Fringe branded signage intended to increase street visibility and raise awareness of accessibility within venues.

What Will Be Included?
Packages include the design, production and installation of 2025 branded Adelaide Fringe signage:
- Indoor Signage including up to two surface display decals,
- & Outdoor Signage of up to two directional signs.

Who Can Apply?
- South Australian, Australian and International venue operators hosting or presenting a program of shows during the 2025 Adelaide Fringe.
- Both bricks and mortar and pop-up venues are encouraged to apply.
- Venues in the Adelaide CBD, metropolitan area, and regional and remote South Australia.

Eligibility

Venues must be hosting a minimum of three shows, with a total of at least ten sessions across the 2025 Adelaide Fringe season.

Venues must be hosting shows across each week of the 2025 Adelaide Fringe season. (21 February - 23 March 2025)

Venues must be available for signage installation prior to the festival season in January 2025.

Independent or Local, State or Federal Government owned venues are eligible.

DIGITAL MARKETING PACKAGES
This grant round will provide the opportunity for applicants to receive a Digital Marketing Package aimed to help kick-start their marketing campaign ahead of the 2025 Adelaide Fringe season.
Designed to build early awareness of a show, these packages will build awareness of a show in the lead up to the festival season through FringeTIX buttons seen at the point of purchase, and known ticket purchaser engagement through Facebook and Instagram targeted advertising within the Adelaide Fringe account.
The packages do not aim to address the late purchasing behaviour of audiences, but to build awareness early, as audiences begin to explore the 2025 program.

What Will Be Included?
This tailored Digital Advertising Package includes website display advertising across your program, and a professionally optimised social media campaign designed to drive traffic to your FringeTIX page throughout the season. The Package is comprised of:

"Standard" Social Media Package (worth $1,000): This bespoke Social Media Package will be displayed on Facebook and Instagram on Adelaide Fringe's profiles.
- FringeTIX Button (worth $420): Displayed on adelaidefringe.com.au/fringetix in Event Search Pages.

Who Can Apply?
- South Australian, Australian and International creatives, producers and programmers presenting a registered Adelaide Fringe show during the 2025 festival season.
- Submissions from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are strongly encouraged.
- Applications from emerging creatives will be prioritised in this support round.

Eligibility
- Artists, Collectives and Producers must be presenting at least one show with a minimum of three sessions for Adelaide Fringe 2025. (Please note that this grant will provide marketing support for a single Adelaide Fringe show, in order to maximise the effectiveness of the Digital Marketing Package.)
- 2025 Fringe Fund grant recipients who did not receive funding for Marketing costs can apply.
