Rehearsal Room at FringeWORKS
We are very excited to be able to offer a rehearsal room with our time at Tandanya.
It will be available Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

Rehearsal Room Terms and Conditions
By booking and using the rehearsal room, you agree to these terms and conditions. Your booking confirms acceptance of these conditions for the duration of your booking.
1. Use of Space
- The rehearsal room is provided for rehearsal and movement-based work only.
- The room is carpeted (approx. 7m x 14m) and houses tables and chairs.
- No technical equipment (sound, lighting, AV) is provided, nor able to be brought in.
- The space must be used respectfully and only during the times booked.
- In the spirit of fairness, usage will be restricted to one session per show.
2. Booking and Acceptance
- By submitting your booking request, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
- Bookings will be confirmed via email by the Artist & Venues team once your form has been submitted.
- Booking time includes setup and pack-down. Please arrive and vacate on time.
- Please be mindful of your allocated time, and not exceed it booking length.
3. Conduct and Safety
- Hirers must behave in a way that does not endanger themselves, other users, or the space.
- Hirers must be respectful of noise levels, as there are office spaces nearby (no loud noises/instruments/band practice).
- No prohibited substances/materials may be used in the room (e.g., fire, water, glitter, confetti, paints or other staining materials).
- Food and drinks must be limited to non-messy items, and spills cleaned immediately.
4. Damage, Loss, and Repair
- The hirer is responsible for any damage to the room or its contents during the period of hire.
- Damage includes damage to walls, flooring, furniture, fittings, or any part of the room.
- Any costs for repair or replacement required because of damage incurred during your use of the space will be charged to the hirer.
5. Cleaning and Condition
- The room must be left in the same clean and tidy condition it was found.
- Hirers must remove their waste, return tables and chairs to their original positions, and ensure the space is swept or vacuumed if necessary.
- Excessive cleaning required due to misuse or mess may result in cleaning charges.
6. Cancellation and Changes
- Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled through the booking link.
- Please provide notice as soon as possible if you cannot use your booking.
- No-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking access.
7. Liability and Insurance
- The hirer uses the space at their own risk.
- Adelaide Fringe and Tandanya are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- The hirer is responsible for any injury or harm resulting from their use of the room.
8. Compliance
- The hirer must comply with all applicable laws, building safety regulations, and reasonable directions provided by Adelaide Fringe or Tandanya staff.
