Introducing a better way to request changes to your show, sessions or venue

Say goodbye to long email threads and back-and-forth approvals. You can now submit and track ticketing change requests directly through AVR.

Why the change?

  • Artists and venues told us they’re busy and managing a lot during Fringe.

  • Our inboxes were overflowing during peak periods.

  • This new system streamlines the process — making it faster, clearer, and more secure for everyone.

What's new?

You'll be asked for key info depending on the type of change.

Once submitted, you can track the progress of your ticket, right from AVR.

What types of changes can I request?


You'll see 4 Quick Change categories:

  1. Add Sessions (in an existing or new venue)

  2. Cancellations (single session or entire event)

  3. Pricing & Capacity (adjust ticket prices, capacities, add promo codes, or new price types)

  4. Schedule Changes (alter date, time, duration or venue)

Not sure where your request fits? Use the Other Changes box:

  • Access Provisions (add/remove access sessions like audio description)

  • General Inquiry (contact Artists, Venues or Ticketing teams directly)

Who's allowed to submit a ticketing request?

Only the Registered Presenter, or someone listed as Authorised to make changes or Ticketing-authorised can access this form in AVR. If you don't see the option, you might not have the right level of access.

What if I need urgent help?

If it's a time-sensitive cancellation or major issue, call us immediately (08 8100 2012)  then follow up with a form submission.

This means:

  • No more guesswork. All the right fields are there.

  • No more missed info. You can see what you've submitted.

  • Fewer delays. We get the right details from the start.

  • Safer submissions. Only those with the right permissions can make changes.
