What you need to know!

The BankSA cardholder and Fringe Member exclusive pre-sale goes live at 9AM THURSDAY 5TH DECEMBER.

Only BankSA cardholders, Adelaide Fringe Members and Adelaide Fringe Participants can access the program on this day.

This year, BankSA cardholders will be able to benefit from a 2 for 1 discount on pre-sale day. You, the Presenter will not lose any money from this offer as BankSA will compensate you at settlement for each 2 for 1 ticket sold.

This discount is offered across the program, with all events opted-in (however some exclusions may apply). Each event is capped at 40x 2 for 1’s, and BankSA cardholders and Adelaide Fringe Members are limited to 1 x 2 for 1 per event per transaction.

The promotion will cease at midnight 5 December, or when the allocation is exhausted - whichever comes first.

Check your listing!

As an Adelaide Fringe Presenter, you can see the program early too! This will require you logging onto your Adelaide Fringe account linked with the email address you have received this email from.

If you do not have an account linked with this email address, jump online and create one, then drop us an email at ticketing@adelaidefringe.com.au and one of our team can give you access.


Use the pre-sale day as an opportunity to make sure everything is looking as it should on your event/s.

 

Your Event URL

You can grab your event URL to share your event far and wide! Your unique Event URL/s will appear in the Event tab of your AVR, click on each individual event to see your URL.

Pay close attention to checking that the following are correct:

 

      - Your performance dates & times

 

      - Your venue, space & duration details

 

      - Your ticket pricing

 

If you need to make any ticket changes to your Event/s, you will need to request this in writing with the FringeTIX team at ticketing@adelaidefringe.com.au. Please ensure you have your event name in the subject line, plus a brief description of the desired edit, ie. price change, image update, etc.. 

Please be aware that we can only process change requests submitted via email by the registered presenter or an authorised person listed under the Participant tab of the event.

 

Bespoke Ticketing

PLEASE NOTE: If you have bespoke ticketing set up on your show listing, the Double Your Fun ticket type may not be available, as many bespoke tickets are built outside of the function of the ticketing system. Our team will try our best to accomodate and provide alternative solutions, but due to the nature of some ticket stuctures, some discounts will not fire as intended.
