A price group holds one set of prices that applies to several sessions at once. Most shows use a single price group for the whole season, so that changing a price changes it everywhere rather than session by session.
Editing prices on a group
When a session belongs to a price group, its prices are shown on the session as read-only and are edited on the group instead. From Sessions & Prices, open the group named beneath the session time — it appears as a link — and add or change prices there. The change applies to every session in that group immediately.
Different prices on different nights
If you want one night priced differently — an opening night, or a cheap Tuesday — put that session in its own price group rather than trying to override the price on the session.
Locked groups
Price groups lock once your registration passes the pricing deadline for the season. A locked group cannot be edited by you; contact the Artist & Venue Services team if something must change after that point.
