Venues can be changed after you submit your registration, but not by you directly — a venue change affects your contract, your sessions and your listing, so it goes through the Artist & Venue Services team.
What to do
Contact Artist & Venue Services with your registration reference and the venue you want to move to. If you have already agreed the change with the new venue, say so — it makes the process considerably faster.
What happens to your sessions
Sessions do not move automatically. Once the new venue is confirmed, your existing sessions are cancelled and you will be asked to enter new session times against the new venue. Any prices attached to a price group are preserved.
Deadlines
Venue changes are possible up until the guide print deadline. After that point the printed guide is locked and a venue change can only be reflected online.
