Your Grant Recipient Obligations
As a recipient of a Fringe Fund grant, there are a few simple but important things you need to do to fulfil your obligations. These steps help us demonstrate the impact of the grants to our generous donors and partners.
Here’s a quick checklist to keep you on track:
- Announce your grant success and share the great news with your audience!
- Acknowledge Adelaide Fringe Foundation and Create SA in all your digital and print advertising using the provided branding pack.
- Include an Acknowledgement of Country at the start of your performance.
- Play the Pre-Recorded Adelaide Fringe Foundation Acknowledgement at the end of your show.
- Keep an eye out for details about Giving Day and help us spread the word when the time comes.
- Review the Applicant Resource Guide to understand how you can use your funds and who to contact if your project changes.
Grant Recipient Branding Pack
To help you with your promotional materials, we’ve put together a comprehensive Grant Recipient Branding Pack. This pack contains all the digital marketing assets you’ll need, including tiles, banners, frames, and logos. Using these assets helps us promote the Fringe Fund and its supporters, encouraging future donations.
Access the 2026 Fringe Fund Grant Recipient Branding Pack.
Additionally, you can make use of our Logo Kits and Branding Packs for the full festival, along with the official Adelaide Fringe Style Guide for all your promotional needs.
Acknowledgement of Country
We warmly encourage all artists and performers to include an Acknowledgement of Country at the beginning of their event. This is an important way to show respect for the Traditional Owners of the land.
For more information on how to perform an Acknowledgement of Country, including two pre-recorded versions, check out this dedicated AVR resource. This page offers guidance and further information on respectfully acknowledging the continuing connection of First Nations peoples to their Country.
Pre-Recorded Arts Unlimited Acknowledgement
We kindly ask all recipients to include the pre-recorded ARTS UNLIMITED Grant Acknowledgement at the end of your show. This simple act is a powerful way to thank the donors who make this funding possible.
You can choose from two versions—one with a cheerful jingle and one without:
- Adelaide Fringe Foundation Pre-recorded Acknowledgement - For Shows
- Adelaide Fringe Foundation Pre-recorded Acknowledgement - For Venues
Summary
- Make sure to announce your grant success and acknowledge our partners using the branding pack provided.
- Incorporate both the Acknowledgement of Country and the Adelaide Fringe Foundation pre-recorded acknowledgement into your event.
- Contact the Artist & Venue team if your show's details change.
