When media outlets and critics publish reviews of your show, it extends your reach far beyond your own marketing efforts. This external validation can lead to increased ticket sales and greater recognition within the arts community.

How to Add Your Reviews

Adding reviews to your Adelaide Fringe show listing is a straightforward process. Follow these seven steps to get your glowing feedback live:

  1. Log into your AVR account.
  2. Select the drop-down box for the show you would like to add a review to.
  3. Select the tab titled 'Reviews' and click on 'Setup Reviews'.

  4. Select the tab '+ Add Review'.

  5. You will be prompted to fill in a form. Anything with a red star is compulsory. Remember, it must be a review of your current show, and you must include the publication name, a link to your review, and a quote. You can also add stars and the name of the reviewing journalist.

  6. Once you have filled out the form, click on 'Create Review'.
  7. Your review listing has now been completed - yay! Please allow up to 24 hours to see these on the Adelaide Fringe website.

You can include up to three reviews, adding and deleting them as you gain more throughout the season. The media team regularly checks these, and they will be removed if thought inappropriate.

  • You must include the publication name.
  • A direct URL link to your review is required.
  • A quote from your review is compulsory.
  • You can add the journalist's name if known.
  • You can include star ratings if applicable.
  • You can display up to three reviews on your listing.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for reviews to appear on the website.
