The Mill Adelaide
Looking to take your arts practice or creative business to the next level in a collaborative environment?
Centrally located in the Adelaide CBD at 154 Angas Street, The Mill offers studios, desks and private office spaces starting from just $55 per week + GST, and ranging from 7 - 63m2. The Mill also has The Breakout, a black-box theatre available for rehearsal hire. Festivals/companies from $50 per hour and $350 per (8 hour) day +GST. Independents from $30 per hour and $215 per (8 hour) day +GST. Suitable for rehearsals and creative developments (theatre/music/small-scale dance) with semi-spring timber floor and tarkett. Max capacity 10 performers/dancers.

Praxis ARTSPACE
The prαxίs ARTSPACE Studios is a dedicated artist studio, located in Bowden just outside the CBD.
The studios offer affordable studio spaces to emerging and established contemporary artists working across a range of mediums.
Praxis Artspace supports an emerging artist with a sponsored studio each year. Currently Praxis has one available studio with 24 hour access for a visual artist.

ActNow Theatre
MakeSpace is centrally located at ActNow Theatre (253 Gouger Street), on Kaurna Land. It is a place for making: making theatre, making poetry, making your voice heard. Featuring a large, open area measuring 9.78m by 6.8m, MakeSpace is available to hire for rehearsals, workshops, performances and more. When hiring the space, you will have access to a kitchen, accessible toilets and our storage room. Basic technical equipment can be borrowed and accessed upon request.
VENUE HIRE RATES are Half Day, $150 Full Day $280, Full Week (weekdays only) $1,200, Evening $300, Saturdays $350. Cleaning bond $100 and Equipment hire $100 Deposit & $100 for equipment.
