Create a Show Report
Once you've logged in, you'll want to check your sales. There are several financial reports available, each providing different insights. A detailed list of all reports and the information they provide is included at the end of this guide.
For a good overview of your sales, we'll focus on generating the 'Adelaide Fringe Box Office Settlement' report. Please note: If you see a report warning stating 'Report parameters returned no matching data', it means either you've applied too many filters to your search, or you haven't sold any tickets yet. If you need support or are unsure, please contact the Ticketing Team or call 08 8100 2012.
How to Generate a Report:
- Log into Manage My Tix.
- On the left-hand side, click on 'New Report'.
- Select the report you want, for example, 'Adelaide Fringe Box Office Settlement'.
- Choose your report parameters. If you are presenting only one show, you can leave these parameters blank – this will provide a full overview of your sales. If you have multiple shows or want to see sales for a specific session, use the filter function. You can filter by venue, subvenue, show, and session.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen. Select your desired format; we typically recommend 'PDF' or 'Comma Separated Values' if you want to open it in Excel. To generate the report, click 'Generate Report'.
Your report will then download to your computer.

Schedule Show Reports
Within your Red61 reporting suite (Manage My Tix), you can schedule your ticketing reports to be sent automatically. To ensure you sell as many tickets to your show as possible, we continue selling right up until your performance time. Therefore, it's more important than ever to know how to schedule and receive your reports promptly.
Where to Start
Go to New Report and select your desired parameters. Once you have selected them, click Save for later. After clicking save, you'll be prompted to give your report a name. We suggest including the type of report in this name. After typing a name, click Save report.

Saved Reports
Now that you've created and saved a report type, it will appear in the Saved reports dashboard. From here, you can download, edit, or delete your reports.

Schedule Saved Reports
We recommend scheduling your door list report for one hour prior to showtime, in intervals.
- In the left-hand bar, click Schedule saved reports.

- Then click New Schedule.

- Select user report. All saved reports will show up in this drop-down menu.

For Scheduling Door Reports
- Schedule Active date: Make your schedule active dates the dates of your Fringe season.

- Schedule Runtime: Schedule Runtime for when you would like to receive your report for this session. For example: If your show is at 7:00 pm, you could schedule your report to send at 6:00 pm and then update every 15 minutes. You can edit these parameters to suit your specific door requirements.

- Send to: Enter the email addresses of who you want this report to go to. If sending to multiple people, use a semicolon (;) between each email address. Choose your format; for a door list, we usually use PDF. You can use Comma Separated Values if you need to filter the spreadsheet.
- Click Add Schedule.

Once you have created your first scheduled report, it will show up on your Schedule saved reports dashboard. From here, you will be able to pause, edit, or delete a scheduled report.

For Periodic Updates Prior to Fringe
- Schedule active dates: Input the time period you would like the reports to be sent (date to and from). This is the period of time that these reports will run for. Example: "I want my reports to start running from now until the end of the Adelaide Fringe."

-
Schedule Runtime: This is the time the report will be sent. For example:
- If you would like it to be sent once a day at 3 pm - set the Start runtime as 15:00, leave the End runtime blank, and set the Run Time Interval as Daily.
- If you would like it to be sent on the hour every hour between 9 am and 5 pm - set the Start runtime as 09:00, set the End runtime as 17:00, and set the Run Time Interval as 1 hour.

- Send to: Input the recipients' email addresses that should receive this scheduled report. You can input more than one by separating them with a semicolon.

Once you are happy with your selection, click Add schedule.
Once you have created your first scheduled report, it will show up on your Schedule saved reports dashboard. From here, you will be able to pause, edit, or delete a scheduled report.
